Optional demo usage
This is a tailored prototype with fictional data, not live authentication, Xero, AI or payment access.
Sharing is off by default. If enabled, Dan can review selected demo persona codes, pages and successful workflow actions to understand which parts of this demo are useful. Persona codes describe the role being explored, not who you are.
The log contains only fixed categories and server receipt time rounded to a minute. It does not contain names, email addresses, typed questions, drafts, search terms, form contents, document amounts, passwords, full URLs, referrers, IP addresses or browser details. There are no visitor or session identifiers, analytics cookies, fingerprinting, adverts or cross-site analytics.
Your yes/no choice is stored only in this tab’s session storage, not sent as an identifier. It lasts until the tab session ends (some browsers restore tabs), or you turn sharing off or clear site storage. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable sharing. Existing local fictional workflow storage is separate.
Turn sharing off at either demo page to stop future events. Requests already received cannot be recalled; without visitor identifiers we cannot identify your earlier events. Reset demonstration clears fictional work, not this choice or the separate usage log.
Events expire from operator reports after 14 days. Hourly cleanup normally removes them within another hour. Cloudflare’s free-tier recovery backups may retain deleted records for up to 7 further days. Dan should delete downloaded exports within 14 days of their events. Only authorised Cloudflare account access can view or export this log; there is no public log endpoint.
Delivery is best effort. An offline or unavailable collector never blocks demo work, and there is no stored retry queue. Counts are not unique visitors or verified human activity.
Cloudflare necessarily handles network metadata to serve this site under its own infrastructure policies. This application does not add it to the engagement log. Existing optional OpenStreetMap maps make separate map requests; they are not engagement analytics.
